With this Lean-to retractable patio project, our client was able to add 32 additional seats to an area that was used 80 to 100 days per year and setup and removal of tables added extra 1 hr each day to his already long work day. Now, he has an outdoor / indoor area that is available 7/24 - 365 days. Restaurateur feels he will be able to amortize his investment in about 14 months.
