One of the main amenities requested by the guests of Quality Inn was an indoor pool that they could enjoy during colder months.  At the same time, no one wanted to give up the use of the existing outdoor pool during the warmer months.  Instead of building and operating 2 different pools, the owner of this hotel looked to Libart for a cost effective solution.  Thanks to Sue Martin Design for their collaborative efforts that brought this project to completion and ready for year round use.

Details

D System arranged in a 6 Bay - 6 Module configuration.  Bi-parting (R2) retraction method. Custom frame color (RAL 9006).  Solar Reflective Metallic Polycarbonate Glazing was used to provide protection from the hot summer sun.

SecurTrak & SecurLok.  One double Panic Egress Door and One single Panic Egress Door to comply with local building & fire codes.  SecurTrak & SecurLok.  Enclosure Size: 37 feet wide (span) by 42 feet long.
