This New Jersey family wanted to use their pool and spa as much as possible. They priced out a fixed enclosure for the space, but found that a polycarbonate retractable enclosure was significantly less expensive while also ering the huge advantage of opening the structure when weather was nice. They actually leave their pool enclosure open the entire summer, not closing it for anything, and then they close the structure once their 80 degree days fade.
Their pool enclosure is the most commented on feature of the home, everyone is impressed by this new architecture that ers the best of both worlds.
